No Refunds or Returns
• Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• We also do not accept returns.
• Our policy is strictly exchange-only.
Exchange Eligibility
• Customer Error (Wrong Size/Item Ordered): If a customer places an order for the wrong size or item, an exchange is not guaranteed, as the responsibility lies with the customer.
• Sale/Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
• Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will exchange it free of charge for the correct product or, if you prefer, another item of equal value (subject to availability).
Exchange Charges
• If an item qualifies for exchange, the customer is responsible for all exchange and shipping charges.
• The replacement will only be dispatched once the applicable charges have been cleared.

• Clear images (if the wrong item was delivered)
